Racheal founded RLC Services Ltd in 2016 and leads the company's strategy, business development and growth.

With a background in environmental science, customer service and supply-chain operations, she brings together commercial, environmental and value-chain perspectives to the development of RLC.

RLC's growing team includes procurement, finance, sales, operations, logistics and marketing functions supporting day-to-day operations and customer delivery.

Our team combines local market knowledge with practical experience across fish sourcing, distribution, customer management and business operations.
